Applications are now open for the 2025/2026 Cohort of the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy Fellowship — the flagship programme of the Academy dedicated to grooming young, change-oriented individuals for impactful roles in public service.

The Fellowship is a one-year, nonpartisan, and merit-based opportunity to work at the heart of government, gaining firsthand experience in policy development, public service delivery, and transformational leadership. With mentorship from top government officials and exposure to real-time governance challenges, Fellows are equipped to become catalysts for sustainable development in Nigeria.

Eligiblity Requirements:

Candidates must be Nigerian citizens

Must be between the age 25-35

Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND

Must have completed NYSC (or hold an exemption), and

Have at least two years of work experience.
