To ensure equitable representation and address the needs assessment for each LGA, the Board has established the following LGA-specific cut-off marks.

Ado 35, Agatu 33, Apa 28, Buruku 42, Gboko 43, Guma 37, Gwer East 35, Gwer West 33, Katsina-Ala 40, Konshisha 40 Kwande 42, Logo 40, Makurdi 35, Obi 43 Ogbadibo, 35 Ohimini, 33, Oju 42, Okpokwu 35, Otukpo 35, Tarka 40, Ukum 40, Ushongo 40, Vandeikya 40.
