The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, in a recent interview on Arise TV, revealed the situation surrounding the Npower program so far. According to the Minister, they can't touch Npower now because the EFCC suspended those accounts for investigation, and until they tidy up the investigation, we can't withdraw money from those accounts.
