  1. I don't expect the minister of humanity and federal government are ready to pay those beneficiaries that is why they are fixing different times for payments

  3. Correct, If minister of humanity and Federal Government can able to pay unpaid renumeration of beneficiaries. Definitely, the stipends will provide a significant relief to beneficiaries. Because, some beneficiaries use the stipends to shaping their education, enterprise and upkeep for families but since stipends withhold and no payment many beneficiaries became failure in all doing

  8. I am not sure that the Federal Government and the ministry are readily to pay beneficiaries their overdue stipends. Looking at the nature of the hardship Nigerians are experience now how I wish Federal Government can comply with the words of solicitor mention in above contexts it will be of good that Nigerians are suffering if we look at the previous administration of President muhammadu buhari a youth and other Nigerians enjoying the leadership especially in terms of empowerment we seek from the Federal Government and the ministry as matter of leading to consider the beneficiary so that they can able to have financial relief in any of burden/challenges.
