The Hon Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, Prof Nentawe Yilwada, has received and reacted to the issue of Npower's unpaid stipends.

According to the Minister, "Today, we received some representatives of the Beneficiaries of N-power and their legal counsel. We had discussions on ways to come to amicable terms and resolve the issues surrounding the backlog of payments due"

The undertaking has just begun. The battle between the Npower volunteers and the Federal government initiated a better course to make sure the get their due benefit.
