NJFP Onboard 6 New TMCs To Enhance Program Effectiveness

The management of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) has announced the onboarding of 6 new Talent Management Companies (TMCs) to enhance the program's reach and effectiveness.

The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme NJFP, a youth empowerment initiative by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and funded by the European Union, is designed to bridge the gap between young professionals and employment opportunities.

According to the management, this strategic move is designed to provide more specialized, region-specific support, ensuring that the diverse needs of fellows and host organizations are met with greater relevance and efficiency.

Below are how the 6 new Talent Management Companies are situated

The TMCs are strategically placed across Nigeria's six geopolitical zones:

b. Revalidating fellows and existing host organizations.

c. Matching fellows with credible and vetted host organizations.

d. Facilitating professional development opportunities for both fellows and host organizations.

e. Monitoring and evaluating the progress of placements to ensure Success.
