Joy Ogbebor, a fellow of 3mtt Nigeria, got one such benefit from the Minister of the Ministry of Communication, Innovation and Digital Economy Dr. Bosun Tijani. Joy was noticed by the minister through one of the video knowledge showcase competitions.
