In today's Latest Npower News, 3MTT News, we will be analyzing the N-Power Program and the 3MTT Program Government youths empowerment initiative to see the initiative best preferred by the Youths.

It is no longer new, that in every new Administration in Nigeria, different youth empowerment programs are initiated to create jobs for the youth. In this post, we will be looking at the Npower program and the new program 3MTT. So let's get to the point!

The N-Power program was a Nigerian government initiative launched in 2016 under the National Social Investment Program (NSIP). The program was designed to address the issue of youth unemployment in the country by providing job opportunities, skills development, and empowerment. The N-Power Program is being restructured under the new Administration and it is now known as the Renewed Hope Job Creation Programme RHJCP which according to management will be engaging 5 Million youths in 5 years.

The 3 Million Technical Talent Programme 3MTT on the underhand is the new hot cake in the block. It is a critical part of the Renewed Hope agenda and is aimed at building Nigeria's technical talent backbone to power our digital economy and position Nigeria as a net talent exporter. The first phase of the program, executed in collaboration with NITDA, will involve multiple stakeholders including fellows, training providers, partners, and placement organizations. While the N-Power program beneficiaries received monthly stipend payments during the service at their various places of primary assignment PPA in Schools, health care centers, and Agriculture agencies to acquire job experience, the 3MTT Program beneficiaries do not receive monthly stipend payments. Rather, the Federal Government will fund the cost of their training with training providers accepted into the program. In the end, the 3MTT Program beneficiaries will gain top-demand skills to be self-reliant
