NDE Lectures 2023 NYSC Batch B Stream 1 On Entrepreneurship Development

NDE lectures 2023 Batch B Stream 1 NYSC corps members on Entrepreneurship Development happened today in all NYSC Orientation Camps in Nigeria.

However, the Director General of National Youth Service Corps has advised Corps Members to acquire vocational skills through the Scheme's Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) Programme.

He said the in-camp training for all Corps Members was designed to expose them to entrepreneurship during their three weeks Orientation period, while the post-camp training period would help them to fully perfect their skills towards self employment.

NYSC Director General, Brigadier General Yusha'u Dogara Ahmed stated this yesterday in his address to Corps Members at Katsina State Orientation Camp, likewise their counterpart in NYSC Borno State Orientation Camp.

He said the only antidote to unemployment is skill acquisition, as he advised the Corps Members to, "learn from SAED, take advantage of SAED and develop your potentials through it in order to be financially independent and become employers of labour".
