As you know, the Npower stipend is a monthly allowance paid to Npower beneficiaries for work done. It is not a grant or a loan! So before a Npower beneficiary begin to receive payment, he/she must have commenced duties in his/her place of primary assignment (PPA)
So to answer your questions regarding the Npower batch C stream 2 stipends payment date, I will say no specific date has been fixed yet. What we know is that you will start receiving stipends from the Month of your resumption at your assigned PPA.

DeleteThe main problem facing beneficiaries is the issue of focal persons, why not the ministry to appoint a focal person of each state and local government, address/venue and time frame to ease the menace rather they keep confusing 😕 beneficiaries, running up and down all in the name of focal persons.
