Pls when the code was firstly came out, there was no 9mobile network then,so I used other network and I wasn't shortlisted,when the network come up I used my registered number to confirm it but the respond is DND, which I don't know the meaning.pls does that mean we that weren't shortlisted shouldn't bother again,or is there any means of doing it.
