Following the complaints received from Npower Nexit applicants regarding difficulty in accessing the Npower Nexit training Code, MTN Nigeria Support Team have sincerely apologize for the inability for Npower batches A and B to access the *45665# USSD code complaint.

According to MTN support team, checks show the line service profile is well provisioned on the network. However, this issue is already receiving attention from our support team. Feedback will be shared soon.

The NEXIT Scheme is an exit package for all the Exited beneficiaries of the NPower programme an initiative of FG in partnership with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to enable the Exited Npower volunteers to benefit from the CBN empowerment options.

In line with the implementation of the nexit Scheme, the management requested that exited Npower Beneficiaries who applied for the Nexit Scheme should dial the USSD code *45665# to check their Nexit training Shortlisted status and confirm availability.
