Npower Knowledge is a component of the N-Power Programme focused on equipping young Nigerians with relevant skills and certification to become competent workers, innovators and entrepreneurs prepared for both the domestic and global digital job market.

The management of the Npower non-graduate programme, Nasims had earlier explained to the trainee about in-camp training allowance disparity payment.

According to Nasims, while some N-Power trainees who reported at their various training centres from another state are paid allowance of #40,000 (Forty thousand naira) each, indigenes are paid #30,000 (Thirty thousand naira) each based on distance and other factors.

The resolution was reached after careful review and consideration of the inconveniences attached leaving their state of residence for the training centre domiciled in another state.

In view of the above, kindly erase entirely any contrary thought to that effect as this mechanism was deemed appropriate to cushion the effect of environmental change, Nasims said.
