5000 independent Monitors will undergo training and orientation in the 36 states and the FCT.

The two week intensive workshop and review at the National level is organized by Monitoring and Evaluation Committee setup by the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian affairs, disaster management and social development (FMHDSD) to develop a Framework and Data Collection Tool for effective monitoring process.
