As you wait patiently for the official statement on the next plan unanimously prepared as the fate of the 500,000 current beneficiaries of the FG N-power program, these two video interviews will give you an insight of what FG exit package might be.
Npower volunteers should by now have a little insight into what the said government entrepreneurship scheme transition plan may be and should hope for better outcomes by either setting up their mind to any eventuality.
On two occasions, the FG had tried to communicate what they have in stock for the Npower volunteers which I believe by now most volunteers should have an idea about.
The Minister of Finance, budget on two occasions revealed FG exit plan for the outgoing volunteers in an interview with NTA on a subject matter "Nigeria Economic Sustainability plan - part 1 and 2" which the volunteers should be aware of.
On February 12th, 2020, the Minister of Finance Zainab Ahmed in an interview on "NTA Tuesday Live" disclosed that the veteran NPower beneficiaries will get GEEP Loan so they won't go back to the street and on the 13th of July 2020, the Minister was interviewed again on NTA Morning show which she disclosed that the outgoing volunteers will get GEEP Loan. In both interviews, her statement remains the same, nothing changed which means the FG plan on exit still remains the same.
For those of you who might have missed the February and July interview with the minister of finance, you can refresh your memory by checking out the updates below to prepare for what might become.

The Minister of humanitarian affairs a few days ago also stated that she and her team are working on a successful exit transition for Npower. While the outgoing volunteers are anxiously waiting to hear what the transition plan is.
Whatever it is, we hope that it will be something that will bring a lasting solution to the outgoing Npower volunteers so that they won't go back to the street to join the already complicated labor market.
