Federal Medical Centre, Keffi Recruitment 2020 (7 Positions)

The Board of Management of Federal Medical Centre, Keffi wishes to fill up existing vacancies in the areas of its clinical services. Therefore, applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions and vacancies.

VACANCY/POST REQUIREMENTS:

1. Consultants in the following specialties: CONMESS 05

• Cardiothoracic Surgery;
• Neuro Surgery;
• Paediatric Surgery;
• Gastro-Entorology;
• Chemical Pathology;
• Anaesthesia;
• Restorative Dentistry
• Orthodontic Dentistry, and
• Orthopedic Surgery

Interested applicant must possess the following requirements:

a. MBBS/BDS degree or it's equivalent from a recognized institution

b. Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or it's equivalent in the respective specialties

c. Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria/Licence to practice.

2. Senior Registrar: Family Dentistry: CONMESS 03

Interested applicant must have the following requirements:

a. BDS degree or it's equivalent from a recognized institution;

b. Passed Part I Fello examination of the National Postgraduate College of Nigeria or its equivale specialty of Family Dentistry; and

c. Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria/Lice practice

3. Registrars in: CONMESS 02

(i) Internal Medicine; (ii) Family Medicine; (ii) Surgery; (iv) Obstetrics and Gynaecology; (v) Paediatrics; (vi) Orthopaedics; (vii) Radiology; and (viii) Family Dentistry.

Interested applicant must possess the following requirements:

a. MBBS degree or BDS in the case of Family Dentistry or its equivalent from a recognized institution;

b. NYSC discharge certificate

c. Have passed the examination of the National Postgraduate College of Nigeria or its equivalent in any of the respective specialties

d. Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria/Lice practice

4. Nursing Officer I: CONHESS 08

Interested applicant must possess the following requirements:

a. Posses Bsc. In Nursing, post-Intern/NYSC discharge certificates

b. Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)

c. Applicants with Post basic Nursing qualifications in the following specialization will have an added advantage.

• Accident and Emergency Nursing;
• Intensive Care Nursing
• Orthpaedic Nursing
• Cardiothoracic Nursing
• Burns and Plastic Nursing
• Dental Nursing.

5. Nursing Officer II: CONHESS 07

Interested applicant must possess the following requirements:

a. Posses Certificate and Midwifery;

b. Registration with the Medical and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)

c. Applicants with Post basic Nursing qualifications in the following specialization will have an added advantage.

• Accident and Emergency Nursing;
• Intensive Care Nursing
• Orthpaedic Nursing
• Cardiothoracic Nursing
• Burns and Plastic Nursing
• Dental Nursing.

6. Radiographer: CONHESS 09

Interested applicant must posses the following requirements:

a. Bachelors’ degree Radiography (B. Rad) from a recognized university and other equivalent qualification

b. Registration with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN);

c. Must be Post Intern/have NYSC discharge Certificates

7. Dental Surgery Technician: CONHESS 06

Interested applicant must possess the following requirements:

a. The certificate of D Surgery/ Health Technician;

b. Evidence of Registration and license to practice.

NOTE: – All applicants must have CURRENT practicing Licence/evidence of registration with appropriate authorities.

viii. Secondary School Certificate;

ix. Certificate of Local Government Area of origin;

x. Letter of Reference from three (3) Referees.
