Kogi State conduct market information feasibility study across Kogi's 21 LGAs to help farmers gain access to profitable markets and improved incomes across the on priority Value Chains of #Rice, #Cashew and #Cassava in the 21 Local Government Areas of Kogi state.
This strategy aims to bridge the gap in demand and supply, create markets access and information kiosks for farmers, and facilitate their access to improved technology.
According to the Kogi State APPEALS Project Coordinator Dr Sanni Abdullahi Ozomata, the Kogi APPEALS project is prioritizing the provision of quality market information and linkages to financial institutions and business services for farmers in order to boost their productivity.
