Few days ago, the Honorable Minister of Humanitarian affairs, disaster management and social development, Sadiya Umar Farouq confirm that Mr President has ordered that she immediately pay the March 2020 Stipends of NPower Volunteers.

However, Some NPower Volunteers are running out of patient as the immediately payment order is not as immediate as expected.

Mr Afolabi in his last Facebook video chat discussed why Npower stipends payment get delayed sometimes even when payment has been effected, he said there are two parameter involves in NPower payment process, the first is that payment of volunteers are not done through a third party, it is done directly. Secondly, payment of NPower beneficiaries pass through administrative procedure carefully to safeguard NPower volunteers from identity theft. If you check Mr Afolabi statement carefully, you will know that during this period, some NPower Volunteers usually find it difficult to access the NPVN Portal at the end of the month because that is when the NPower team usually update volunteers dashboard payment status before payment.

What matter the most is that payment has been ordered by Mr President and parameter has commence, with little patient NPower volunteers will surely get paid any moment from now.
