The probed of the Minister of Humanitarian affairs, disaster management and social development and NPower team by the National assembly on issue of delay payment of NPower volunteers January stipends might be the reason why NPower effect payment on Sunday, something that has never be done before in Npower history (NPower stipends has never been paid on Sunday).

Mr Afolabi in the video said they have gotten report that NPower volunteers do not go to work.
The Minister said Ministry is not responsible of paying salary but money is on ground for the purpose of Npower programme.
