Kaduna 2017 Npower Volunteers Staged Protest Over Non Payment Of Stipends

Kaduna 2017 Npower beneficiaries staged a protest over non payment of Stipends at the Kaduna State budget and planning commission office.

According to the beneficiaries who were interviewed at the protest scene, they have not been paid since August after undergoing the rigorous process of application, test, selection, verification, onboarding. Some of them have been going to their place of primary assignment without getting paid.

They said they are protesting to get their complaint to VP Osinbajo to intervene in Kaduna Npower activities so that something can done about their situation. Watch the volunteers protest in the video below:
