According to N-power, the 2017 Beneficiaries, who are not attending their PPA under the guise of you have not been paid, please note that payment is for work done. If N-power receive reports about you, they will exit you from the programme immediately.

Npower says while we know it may be tough to get to work now, know that we are working on resolving your payment issues. And to those who have no plan to attend their PPAs, we promise you, you will be replaced.

We encourage everyone to express themselves even when they are upset or dissatisfied. We also expect that you do that decently and without use of curse or swear words.  Says Npower.
