7.7 Million Pupils Are Fed Across 24 Nigeria States Through NHGSFP

National Home Grown School Feeding Programme (NHGSFP) is a Nigerian Government led, cost effective school feeding programme that uses farm produce locally grown, to feed pupils.

The National Home Grown School Feeding Programme has been on since 2016. It is run by the Office of the Vice President.

7.7 Million pupils are fed across 24 States in the National Home Grown School Feeding Programme at the moment.

According to NHGSFP, with this programme, we are able to Stimulate local agricultural production, Provide source of income for cooks, improve cognitive function in kids.
