How Do You Cut Your Pepper When Cooking In The Kitchen

We Know that the kitchen are women's territory. however, the men are also getting things done in the kitchen this days but the fact still remains that there are certain things women can do in the kitchen freely that some men can not. For instance cutting of pepper with their hands.

The reason I personally don't use to cut pepper with my hand was because there was a day I boiled yam and make egg sauce to go with the boiled yam.  I did cut the pepper  used for the egg sauce with my hand and in good 2days I kept feeling my hands  peppering me. Since then I vow not to use my hands to cut pepper again.
