As we patiently wait for NPower call center officials to resume tomorrow the 8th day of January 2018 from holiday and begin their New year duties, what will your first NPower Discussion question focus on when they open up their contact line and email address for enquiries. I am actually imagining right now that 2016 batch B device awaiting Volunteers will begin to bombard NPower with questions like "when are we collecting our device" and those waiting for backlog will equally be asking "when will you pay us our backlog".
The 2017 Volunteers are calm right now but by tomorrow questions will begin to pop out, what next after verification? When will you start paying us stipends? No matter what your questions may be, prepare them to enquire tomorrow and you can still hook up with NPower on their social media platforms .
