According to NPower, They will be  examining the word "Patience" this week.

For some it is a name, for some others, they think it is a word people use when they don't want to address a question.

Let's start with the dictionary meaning

PATIENCE is the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, problems without becoming annoyed or anxious.

As regards Devices, are you patient? Do you know that there are districution centers that can attend to only 50 or 100 people a day? So if there are thousands in your State, do you not think it may take a little while to get to you?

As regards the 2017 applicants, do you know over 2 million people wrote the assessment tests? Do you know there is a thoroughness and transparency about the process of pre-selection?

About Backlogs, have you checked that you have no bank issues? Do you know the backlog payments are done in batches
